Pool and garden maintenance included. Maid service for general cleaning is available as an option.

25% non-returnable reservation fee to reserve; (Please note that there is no confirmation of tenancy until the reservation fee is confirmed by the bank). Additional 75% eight weeks paid prior to arrival. 1000 euro returnable security deposit upon arrival is required to offset possible damage done by the tenants.

We expect the villa to be left in the same condition as it was when the tenants arrived, with the exception of the towels and linen used the final week. All towels and linen are included, property is cleaned on changeover and towels and linen changed.

The arrival time is after 5pm. and departure time before 10am. Some exceptions can be made, if possible, upon request.
